At FRUYPER our quality policy determines the principles on which our actions are driven, decisions taken and hygienic safety is managed. A quality policy suited to the organization ‘corporate purpose; we are a company which designs, develops, manufactures and trades olives: stoned olives, stuffed and pickled.

We carry a rigorous implementation and monitoring of our quality protocols: tracking and monitoring the selection, collection and manufacturing processes, from the olive grove until it they reach the final consumer.  The company keeps an arrangement which enables the optimization of our efficiency and the satisfaction of our staff.

Focused on offering the best service we have attained the following certifications: UNE-EN-ISO 9001: 2015 and at IFS Food protocol version 6.

  • Ensure the safety during processing and manufacturing our products, so that these comply with all legal and regulatory requirements that affect our activity.
  • Involve all of FRUYPER staff in the development and improvement of the Quality System. Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements it´s our main concern. All these are substantiated by our responsibility towards the client.
  • Our organization has set out the mechanisms, within the organization, to establish and fulfill our quality goals.
  • Our human resources department is made out of specialized professionals, boasted with the suitable technical means, ensure the consistent quality of our products.
  • We are committed to the continual improvement of performance and continuous training of our team as a source of error minimization of.

This Quality Policy is known, understood and applied consistently by all the FRUYPER staff and is revised systematically, at least once a year.
